-What is this interim bill I received? Interim bills are sent when the assessed value of your property changes (for
example ,a new home is built).  These interim bills "catch up" your taxes to the new assessed value.  If your
taxes are escrowed, please contact your mortgage company to see if they will pay these interim bills.  Please
indicate to the mortgage company that these are interim bills.  Because interim bills are usually outside of the
normal billing cycle, mortgage companies are not aware of the bills unless you contact them and ask them to
 pay them.
