I collect taxes for the following entities:
-Cumberland County and South Middleton Township real estate tax notices are scheduled to be mailed on or before March 1st. The county uses a vendor to mail these bills. -South Middleton School District real estate tax notices are scheduled to be mailed on or before July 1st. The school district uses a vendor to mail these bills. If you do not receive a real estate tax notice, please contact the office. Copies can be mailed to you. |

General Payment Information
*Checks should be made payable to Jennifer L. Varner, Tax Collector and be mailed to P.O. Box 40,
Boiling Springs, PA 17007.
*Checks, cash, money orders, and all major credit cards accepted. To use a credit card, you can pay
in person or click the credit/debit credit card echeck tab above. The credit card servicing company
charges a 2.4% fee based on your bill amount, with a $1 minimum fee to use credit or debit cards
or a flat $2.95 to pay by echecks.
*If using web banking to pay your bill, please indicate your real estate tax bill number in the memo
column.
*If you would like a receipt of payment, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your
payment.
